10th September FAQ - Alexandra Palace / Chapter 55

It's our biggest show of the year this Sunday as we roll into historic ALEXANDRA PALACE for CHAPTER 55: CHASE THE SUN.

We will do our best to answer queries for you over the weekend, but please be mindful that a) we'll be crazy busy and b) we haven't run in this venue before, so our ability to answer questions will be limited.

Alexandra Palace (West Hall), Alexandra Palace Way, London N22 7AY

Entry is via the PALM COURT ENTRANCE. Ticket gates will be placed in this entrance, meaning that once you're in, you're in, and no further ticket checks will be required unless specifically requested by venue staff.

Your ticket guarantees your place in the relevant section, but not a specific seat.

NOTE: The single row of green seats on each corner are disabled/wheelchair holds. These are NOT available to green ticket holders.

You will need your ticket to get into the show. No ticket, no entry.

If you have a tangible, paper ticket, bring it with you. If you have an e-ticket, we strongly recommend that you print it out as it will scan more easily than from a device.
If you haven't got your ticket, you need to contact the outlet from which you bought it originally.

If you don't have a ticket, you may find resales at our Twickets mini-site. You might find them on other resale sites, but we encourage you to use Twickets as resales are only done at face value or less. #OutTheTout

Free parking is available on-site, on a first-come first-served basis.

Alexandra Palace is fully accessible for wheelchair users and those that need step-free access. The West Hall, the Panorama Room, toilets and bars are on the same level as the Palm Court entrance.

Doors will open at 2pm.
We will have a PRE-SHOW MATCH at approx 3.30pm.
First bell of the main show at 4pm, interval halfway through, and we're aiming to be wrapped up by 8pm at the latest.

Merchandise will be located in the PANORAMA ROOM, signposted from within the Palm Court foyer and the West Hall.

There will be a full range of PROGRESS merch - including our new autumn/winter gear - on sale and you'll probably find a bunch of wrestlers at the merch stand too. We take cash and card payments at the PROGRESS table, wrestlers usually only take cash.

There is a bar in the Panorama Room, plus there's the on-site pub The Phoenix.

Food will be available either in, or just outside, the Panorama Room (weather-dependent) from 2pm. The Phoenix will likely be serving food earlier than that too.

If you want to ask about something we haven't covered here, find us on TwitterFacebook, or by email. Don't forget that the PROGRESS Fan Group is the place to go for any questions on show day.

See you on Sunday!
